CANCELLATION POLICY

BEEN FINE BEAUTY STUDIO – Appointment & Cancellation Policy To provide every client with a seamless, luxury experience and to respect the time reserved for each appointment, the following policies apply to all bookings. Appointment Deposits A non-refundable booking deposit may be required to reserve your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your service total. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Cancellation Policy Appointments canceled or rescheduled with 24 hours or more notice may transfer the deposit one time toward a future appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Same-day cancellations may be subject to 50–100% of the scheduled service cost, at the discretion of management. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows will forfeit any deposit paid and may be required to pay 100% of the missed service balance before booking future appointments. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving 10–15 minutes late may have their service shortened or modified to avoid impacting other appointments. Clients arriving beyond 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be treated as a late cancellation. Emergency Exceptions Unexpected emergencies happen. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Agreement By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all appointment and cancellation policies.
